Chuck's Donuts

Honestly its best feature is being open when every other is mostly closed. But I did not enjoy any of the donuts and quite frankly they were overpriced. They are big though so if you prefer volume then you may like it but I certainly won’t go back.

They said we must try the Cronuts, so we did! What a wonderful experience. The cronuts were amazing, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant wasn’t far from the San Mateo bridge. They offer Vegan and Gluten Friendly options, Sandwiches, Bagels, Coffee and more. We’ll definitely stop in again during our next visit to California.

This is exactly how I remember donuts being, or at least how they should be. The glazed donuts here are perfectly fluffy; they aren't just "molten sugar" like Krispy Kreme. They have actual flavor and substance without being awkwardly dense. The maple raised glaze variant is incredibly addictive. I was worried it would be that thick, cloyingly sweet syrup that coats your mouth, but I was wrong. It’s a perfectly even layer that makes it way too easy to eat more than one without feeling weighed down or afraid of summer approaching. Btw, the glazed donut holes here will make you turn away from Tim Hortons Timbits for good.

We were craving donuts so I used the Too Good To Go app for the first time to pick up some Chuck’s donuts, and what a great experience it was! I kind of expected a half filled bag of old, stale donuts pieces sitting off to the side somewhere, but was instead pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly staff, as they hand packed a bag full of fresh donuts from the case that day! What a treat! Great atmosphere, friendly service and amazing fresh donuts, we’ll be back for sure!

This donut place is unique with its different kinds and colors, and flavors, here you will find a variety of textures that you will love. The best is open 24 hours so if you want something delicious and different you can come to this place you will love it. their service is fast and friendly.!!

The donuts are very good, but $10 for two vegan donuts is kind of insane. I got a plain vegan and a chocolate covered plain vegan. I guess I should just be grateful that the option exists, that’s a lot of money for two plain donuts one with just a chocolate glaze. The regular donuts are three dollars apiece, which is more reasonable. In my opinion. I probably would’ve been more OK with four dollars a donut an extra dollar seems reasonable but two extra dollars seems a little bit much.

$38 for 10 doughnuts, 1 chocolate milk and 1 small coffee. Used to be better years ago. Possibly the concentration on specialty doughnuts ruined the quality of the rest.
